Getting to Fanatics Fest NYC

Here’s everything you need to know to get there hassle free:

Parking
There is no on-site parking at the Javits Center, but there are several parking garages nearby. We recommend parking at Hudson Yards—our preferred parking garage vendor. Use code FF25 at any of the garages here for a discounted rate.

Rideshare (Recommended)
For the easiest experience, we recommend using Uber or Lyft. Drop-off and pick-up will be located on West Street, directly across from the Javits Center entrance.

Public Transportation/ Subway
Please note that the 7 train to Hudson Yards will not be in service during Fanatics Fest Weekend. However, there are plenty of other subway options nearby, including the A, C, E, 1, 2, and 3 lines. Public Transportation/ Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, several routes serve the Javits Center:

• M34-SBS: Runs east/west on 34th Street, stopping on 11th Avenue outside the Javits Center and at Penn Station.

• M42: Runs east/west on 42nd Street, stopping directly outside the Javits Center and at Grand Central Terminal.

• M12: Runs along 11th Avenue from Columbus Circle to the West Village, with stops on 11th Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets.

• M11: Runs north/south along 9th Avenue, with stops near 34th Street.

• M50: Runs east/west on 50th Street, with stops near 11th Avenue.

Arriving by Citi Bike
For a convenient and eco-friendly option, consider riding a Citi Bike to the Javits Center. The docking station is located at 34th Street and 11th Avenue, just a short walk from the venue.

Entry Procedures:

Upon arrival at the Javits Center (429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001), all attendees will go through a security screening. Please review our prohibited items list on the FAQ page before coming.

For General Admission ticket holders only
All GA fans should head west on 34th Street toward the Javits Center. You’ll make a quick U-turn at the entrance to the Javits administrative offices, then continue down the inner roadway. Don’t worry - our team will be there to guide you to the 2E doors for entry.

If you received your badge in the mail, bring it with you and pick up a lanyard onsite to head straight to the queue line.

If you selected will call, don’t forget your confirmation email with QR code. You must have it to receive your badge. We recommend picking up your credential on Thursday, June 19 if you’re in town to avoid lines.

For General Admission presale ticket holders only
As a presale purchaser, you’re eligible for early access to the show floor—up to 30 minutes before the general public. Fans should head west on 35th Street toward the Javits Center. You’ll make a quick U-turn at the entrance to the Javits administrative offices, then continue down the inner roadway. Don’t worry - our team will be there to guide you to the 2E doors for entry.

If using will call, bring your confirmation email with QR code.

Once inside, visit Hall 1C to pick up your early entry access pass.

For VIP ticket holders only
Upon arrival to the Javits Center, all fans will go through a security screening before proceeding into the event. As a VIP ticket holder, you will enter through the Crystal Palace South doors located closest to 35th street and 11th avenue. Included in your VIP package you are eligible for up to 30 minutes early access to enter the show floor.

For ticket holders who require ADA Assistance
Upon arrival to the Javits Center, all fans will go through a security screening before proceeding into the event. If you require ADA assistance, you will enter through the Crystal Palace South doors located closest to 33^rd street. You will need to pick up your ADA wristband from the ADA registration line before entering the show floor.

Mobile app:

Download the Fanatics App to access the full event schedule, athlete appearances, brand activations, and to stay updated all weekend long with real-time notifications and announcements. All attendees are required to download the Fanatics App and activate their badge prior to entry to Fanatics Fest. Badge activation will be available on the Fanatics App on Monday, June 16 with a step-by-step guide coming soon.

Autographs and Photo ops:

Your photo op and autograph time slot has been emailed to you from Epic Photos. If you have not received it, please contact support.epic@leapevent.tech.

You must arrive on time for your scheduled session and have your QR code ready. Queuing begins 15 minutes before each session. If you have a morning session and haven’t picked up your badge yet, we recommend arriving early to avoid delays.

For overlapping sessions, ask a staff member for help navigating between locations. Photo ops and autograph areas are located on Level 1, not on the Level 3 show floor, so plan extra time between sessions.

Security & bag policy:

All bags, strollers and other items are subject to search by security upon entry. To ensure you know what to bring, please be sure to review the security guidelines before your arrival. Our bag policy and a full list of prohibited items can be found here. For your convenience, bag check will be available on Level 2 of the Javits Center, across from Starbucks. The cost is $4/item.
